Position: Dispatcher
Location: Montreal
Salary: Up to $60,000 per year

- Have relevant customer service experience (a major asset).
- Are comfortable using computer tools.

- Provide advice and guidance to care providers in the field.
- Ensure that all shifts are filled in a timely manner.
- Respond effectively and urgently to customer requests.
- Use Alternacare\'s scheduling software to create and modify schedules, as well as enter relevant customer and employee information.
