What you'll be responsible for :
Planning and organizing the driver routes optimally to ensure maximum use of the truck fleet
Assigning routes to drivers (custom software)
Answering internal customer calls efficiently, courteously, and professionally
Entering information into the computer system to document calls and perform appropriate follow-ups
Being the point of contact for drivers regarding their working hours and resolve issues as needed
Being able to weigh trucks on our scales and integrate them into our system
Processing customs paperwork requests (for U.S. drivers)
Maintaining and monitoring inventory in our supply yards on a daily basis
Performing any other related tasks
Qualifications
To join our team:
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
You are capable of handling complex problems to find the best solutions
You have strong analytical skills
You have extensive knowledge of the geographic regions of Quebec, Ontario, the Maritimes, and Maine
You are available outside of regular working hours to handle driver emergencies
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software (Samsara)
* You are bilingual in spoken and written communication (an asset)
