Dispatcher

C&N Electric Ltd. | Full-Time | On-Site

C&N Electric is seeking an energetic and highly organized dispatcher to coordinate daily operations across our electrical, plumbing, and well-service departments. This role is essential to keeping our field teams moving efficiently and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every time they call.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Dispatch & Customer Service

Schedule and coordinate service calls for electricians, plumbers, and well technicians Communicate frequently with field technicians to relay updates, changes, and job details Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding scheduling, service questions, and follow-ups Greet customers who visit the office and provide assistance

Administrative & Office Support

Create accurate quotes and invoices for customers Process customer payments through the POS system Manage a shared inbox and utilize our dispatching software (ESC) for scheduling and documentation Assist colleagues with various ad hoc tasks as needed

Material & Order Management

Ensure materials required for upcoming jobs are ordered Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of all deliveries

What We're Looking For

Experience in dispatching, service coordination, or office management (preferred) Excellent communication skills and ability to stay organized under pressure Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask and adapt to quick changes throughout the day Comfortable using scheduling/dispatching systems (ESC experience is a plus) Attention to detail, especially with quotes, invoices, and material orders
