Job Responsibilities

1.? ?Coordinate with customers, on-field dispatchers, and customer service to relay information to third-party delivery services.

2.? ?Assist delivery drivers in locating addresses.

3.? ?Communicate with customers via telephone to provide delivery instructions.

4.? ?Provide support with packing tasks as required.

Experience

Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination is preferred. Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Proficient in typing and data entry with high accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with team members and external partners. Pay: $17.60 per hour
