Permanent full-time position (40 hours / week)
On site work only (no hybrid mode)

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, available between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.Do you dream of a stimulating job ? This one\'s for you!As a dispatcher, you\'ll be responsible for planning and coordinating the pick-up of vehicles at our customers\' sites.More specifically, in addition to having lots of fun, you\'ll be responsible for :
- Planning and organizing drivers\' work
- Confirm pick-up contact details (name, address, telephone)
- Confirm car status (accident, burned, stolen, flat tires, etc.)
- Check towing availability and offer customers a towing slot;
- Complete purchase orders and other transactional documents
- Work with internal customers: call center agents, branch managers, buyers and drivers
- Answer internal customer calls in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Enter data
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers
- All other related tasks
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Be bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
- Enjoy being part of a team and actively participate in team spirit
- Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism
- Be resourceful
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
