Job Description

Main DutiesSchedule and dispatch cleaning crews for kitchen exhaust, duct, and equipment cleaning services
Monitor and adjust daily routes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling issues
Coordinate with field technicians to ensure job readiness, including access, tools, and special instructions
Track vehicle locations via GPS and ensure adherence to schedules
Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed jobs, and technician availability
Support emergency or after-hours dispatch as needed
Collaborate with operations and fleet managers on maintenance schedules and technician assignments
Work Environment
Fast passed environment with physical demands includes walking and standing, bending, crouching###
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of dispatch or scheduling experience
, preferably in service or trade industriesStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency withdispatch or ERP software
(e.g., Aspire, ServiceTitan, or similar) Familiarity withroute planning, GPS tracking systems
, andservice ticketing
Ability tostay calm under pressure
and adapt to changing situationsKnowledge of commercial kitchen cleaning
or facility maintenance is an asset###
