Job Description

We are seeking a

highly organized, fast-paced individual

to join our team as a

Dispatcher

. This dynamic role will directly impact several of our

key performance indicators (KPIs)

by improving efficiency, reducing delays, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The

Dispatcher

will work closely with the

Service Manager and Head of Operations

and provide essential support across multiple areas, including

dispatching, service parts coordination, invoicing, and floating support

for other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities



Dispatch Support:


Assist with daily scheduling and coordination of service calls, ensuring technicians are efficiently dispatched based on geography, skillset, and priority level.

Service Parts Coordination:


Order, track, and organize service parts to minimize delays and ensure technicians have what they need to complete jobs successfully.

Invoicing:


Review and process service invoices accurately and promptly to support timely billing and revenue flow.

Floater Role:


Provide backup and support to other departments as required, maintaining flexibility and a strong understanding of interdepartmental processes.

Communication:


Maintain clear and professional communication between customers, technicians, and office staff to ensure a seamless service experience.

Administrative Tasks:


Support documentation, data entry, and follow-up tasks to help maintain smooth daily operations within the service department.

Qualifications



Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a

fast-paced environment

High typing speed (WPM)

with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with office software and dispatching systems (ServiceTitan experience considered an asset) Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in dispatching, service coordination, or administrative support is an asset but not required
