Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate our service and installation technicians. The ideal candidate will work with our other dispatchers to schedule jobs and coordinate our field technicians. Job description:

Since then we've grown to service some of the largest, most exacting and specialized overhead door projects in Western Canada.

Role:

We have an opening for Service Dispatch/Administration. This role is a permanent and full-time position. We offer a positive work environment with competitive pay and an excellent benefit plan.

Responsibilities:

Support service dispatch with commercial dispatching and coordination Manage inbound phone calls Assist customers with a high level of energy and enthusiasm Convey the value of our services to existing and potential customers Accurate and efficient entry of appointment scheduling and call notes Dispatch commercial technicians and installers Act as a backup for the Residential and Commercial install dispatchers

Ability to thrive during surges of high call volume Excellent interpersonal skills Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm Must contribute to a positive work environment Proficient use of typical computer applications Ability to work in a team environment Garage door knowledge would be considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.06-$28.06 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
