Responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls including afterhours calls
Escalate calls to management as required
Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to Guardteck personnel on duty, including, but not limited to
Coordinating additional coverage/mobilizing additional resources when necessary
Coordinating regular coverage as required
First point of contact for all scheduling-related matters after-hours
Receive book-offs for illness, injury, and/or other attendance issues
Schedule replacement coverage as required
Arrange additional coverage as requested or required
Monitor the TeamTime check-ins from personnel in the field and respond accordingly using available resources, i.e., mobile patrol
Receive alarm calls from client monitoring stations and dispatch accordingly
Monitor alarm systems and dispatch appropriately
Prepare a daily report of all activity:
+ Incoming calls
+ Outgoing dispatches
+ Scheduling-related activities
+ Missed periodic check-ins Other duties as reasonably assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and as a team player;
Honesty, discipline, and commitment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times;
Minimum one year of security industry experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Fluency with MS Office, WinTeam, Lighthouse, and Report Exec
Scheduling operations
Knowledge of CCTV systems and access control systems
