Coordinate equipment availability and make real-time judgment calls under pressure
Update dispatching software and internal systems accurately and consistently
Handle high call volumes via phone, email, text, and in-person communication
Audit work orders for accuracy to support invoicing
Troubleshoot field issues with drivers and maintenance as they arise
Maintain ongoing communication with management regarding equipment, staffing, and operational issues
Ensure drivers hold required licenses, permits, and site access
Sit and work at a computer for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
Minimum
1 year of dispatch experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Proven ability to work in a
high-demand, high-stress environment
with competing priorities
Strong critical thinking and confident decision-making skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Working knowledge of personnel policies, privacy, and confidentiality requirements
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
