We are looking for a SAFETY inclined, energetic, autonomous, and proactive team player who is capable of making a difference in his/her team and community. We have an immediate opening for a Dispatcher in Ajax ON.
Address: 375 Clements Rd W, Ajax, ON L1S 7R2 Salary: $47,000 Additional tasks:
- Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of dispatch experience
- High-volume call center or inbound calling experience
- Pleasant demeanour over the phone and emails
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRUX
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Critical and logical thinking skills
