Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services for a fleet of five tow trucks.
- Utilize phone systems to communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain transportation records
- Utilize transportation management systems such as Towbook, Ram app, tracking software
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize transportation processes
Experience:
- Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred
- Familiarity with fleet management practices and procedures
- Proficiency in using phone systems for communication purposes
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
