Job Description

Impact Freight Services is looking for a Dispatcher to join their Operations Team.

Responsibilities will include-

Enter load tenders Responds to all enquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner Keeps customers informed of all the updates regarding shipments Monitor and follow up on pickups and deliveries that happen during their shift Report any delays / discrepancy in case counts etc. to customers Ensure that delivery times and schedules are met based on customer booking details Dispatch drivers as assigned by Operations Developing and maintaining good working relationship with Drivers Prepare custom documents Other duties as required

Qualifications-

Proven team player Attention to details Strong problem solving skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dispatch/Customer Service in Trucking Industry is required Can provide LMIA
