As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our GNB Doors Lockport office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service for incoming service calls
- Coordinate and confirm schedule via phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and effectively identify errors to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with technicians to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Data entry in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks Online
Skills:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and QuickBooks
- Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
