Key Responsibilities:

Book freight loads for company trucks using

DAT

and

Loadlink

load boards. Build and maintain relationships with brokers and shippers. Coordinate pick-up and delivery appointments and ensure all details are communicated to drivers. Monitor driver routes, progress, and ensure timely delivery. Provide drivers with accurate and clear instructions. Handle communication with drivers, brokers, and customers in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all loads, schedules, and documentation. Assist with resolving issues during transit, including delays, breakdowns, or re-routes. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years

experience dispatching in the trucking industry. Proven ability to

book loads using DAT and Loadlink

.

Excellent verbal and written communication

skills in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using transportation/logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive situations. Knowledge of Canadian and US trucking lanes, hours-of-service regulations, and compliance is an asset.

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time Competitive salary based on experience. Performance-based bonuses and potential for growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
