Job Description
Are you an experienced Dispatch Operator looking for a dynamic role with a forward-thinking, medium-sized trucking company? We're looking for a
skilled individual
to join our team and help manage our fleet operations effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dispatch operations using
load boards
(such as Load link, DAT, Truckstop, etc.) Manage dispatch schedules and optimize load assignments to ensure timely deliveries Coordinate with drivers, customers, and brokers to ensure smooth operations UtilizeSamsara dispatching software
for real-time tracking, driver communication, and fleet management Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Provide excellent customer service and handle any dispatch-related inquiries or issuesWhat You Bring:
Proven experience in dispatching with
load boards
andSamsara software
Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations while keeping operations efficient Experience infleet management
and route optimization Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetWhat We Offer:
