About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Staff to support Drivon's daily operational flow. You will help coordinate deliveries, communicate with drivers, monitor service progress, and ensure orders are completed efficiently and safely across all service categories.

This role is key to fulfilling Drivon's mission of providing fast, convenient, and dependable delivery experiences.

Responsibilities

Monitor incoming orders and assist in assigning them to available drivers Communicate with drivers, riders, and field teams to ensure timely service Track live deliveries and address delays or issues as they occur Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams when necessary Maintain accurate logs of delivery status, incidents, and completion times Support routing, scheduling, and workload management Report recurring logistics or operational concerns to supervisors Ensure all logistics operations reflect Drivon's values of safety, innovation, and customer-first service

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure Good multitasking and coordination abilities Experience in dispatch, transportation, delivery operations, or logistics is an asset Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions Basic computer skills for using dispatching tools and internal systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak hours as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
