Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Service, the Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing technician workloads, ensuring efficient service delivery while keeping technicians, customers, and leadership aligned.
What You'll Do
Manage and prioritize the dispatch call board, assigning work based on technician skill, territory, and service urgency
Schedule and coordinate service calls to meet customer expectations and priority commitments
Build and balance daily and weekly technician workloads, adjusting in real time
Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) and Brush Butler schedules
Ensure technicians are prepared with job details, parts, and customer information
Resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with service, parts, and leadership teams
Maintain technician schedules including vacation, travel, on-call, and time-off coverage
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates
Support parts coordination and technician training scheduling
Adapt quickly to changing field conditions while maintaining service continuity
Responsibilities may evolve as the role and service operation grow.
Your Impact

What We're Looking For:
1 - 3 years of experience in dispatch or a similar operations role
Proficient with computers and Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Strong communication and listening for understanding
Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
Effectively manage and de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, priorities, and service demands
Builds relationships with team members and customers
Self-motivated and able to work independently
