What you'll do
Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to maintain a safe cooking environment.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes to support the culinary team.
Help with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to enhance the guest experience.
Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring that all catering needs are met efficiently.
Follow proper food handling procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of all food served.
Support cooking staff by providing timely assistance during peak service hours.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
Basic qualifications
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
Preferred qualifications
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus!
Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and banquet experience.
