We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients.
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Support the serving team by plating dishes and ensuring all orders are complete.
Clean work areas regularly to promote a safe and sanitary environment.
Skills
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
Strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent cleaning skills with a focus on maintaining hygiene standards.
Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
