We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality meals in a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
First priority is cleaning the Dishes
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Assist in food preparation tasks
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Support the serving staff by providing timely assistance during peak service times
Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen
Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels
Skills
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards
Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a sanitary work environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
