We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including cooking stations, prep areas, and storage spaces
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure availability for food preparation
Assist with food handling and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Restock supplies and organize storage areas to ensure efficient workflow
Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times to uphold hygiene standards
Contribute positively to a team environment focused on hospitality excellence
Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards
Ability to perform basic cooking tasks and assist with food preparation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary operations
