Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including ovens, fryers, and food processors.
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and thoroughly.
Support catering events and banquet setups by preparing food items and ensuring timely service.
Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Buss tables and clear dining areas during service to ensure a clean environment for guests.
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs.
Uphold high standards of hygiene through regular cleaning routines in the kitchen and dishwashing stations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or catering is highly desirable, especially in banquet or hotel settings.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy pots or boxes.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary arts, food service, and kitchen operations.
