We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up stations for service Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean work environment by cleaning surfaces, floors, and storage areas Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service hours Assist with basic food handling and presentation to ensure quality standards are maintained Support catering events or banquet setups as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required Basic culinary skills such as cooking or food preparation are advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Experience with bussing, cleaning, or general kitchen operations is a plus
