The Role: Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward Schedule: Part-time & Full-time available Job Location: Coquitlam, B.C. Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Hourly Wage of $21.86 + Quarterly Bonus opportunities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the pub before they are put away - Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss Ensure sufficient supply of dishes, pots and pans are always available for the kitchen Always sweep and maintain general kitchen floor cleanliness Clean tea and coffee machines daily Stock serving stations with dishes and utensils as needed Always follow sanitation policies Other duties as requested

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, which includes standing for long periods of time Flexible and open availability for scheduling shifts (minimum 3 days) Access to reliable transportation for attending scheduled shifts ALL applicants must be eligible to work in Canada at the time of application
