Oliver's Nest Golf Club features acres of exceptional rolling terrain, picturesque and meandering Mariposa Brook, century-old Elm, Cedar, and Oak trees all combined with meticulous design and architecture ensure an inspired golf experience. A quick ten minutes from Oliver's Nest is Cardinal 18 Golf Club. A fantastic 18-hole track nestled in the heart of protected woodlands, rolling hills, mature trees, creeks and ponds. It provides an exceptional experience for all golfers and is wonderfully manicured and beautifully conditioned with bent grass greens, tee decks and fairways.

As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will act as a key member of the Golf Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the golf operations team handling day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Treat guests in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner Strive to maintain a first-class, aesthetically pleasing environment Provide fast and efficient service while anticipating guests needs Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility Attend to customer needs as they pertain to retail and golf Assist with tournament setup and scoring Answer phone inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner Act as a liaison with Starters and Marshals Facilitate the rental club program including paperwork and club condition Be familiar and efficient with cash procedures for opening and closing Collect and properly organize data from league play Manage power cart usage Assist the golf team with various assigned tasks Work inside Pro Shop unless instructed otherwise

Qualifications

Smart Serve Certified Valid driver's license Current or previous experience in golf services is an asset Strong customer service skills Well developed interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Strong technical computer skills Positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner Clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance Dependable and conscientious work habits Great attention to detail An understanding of the game of golf Ability to take charge in a busy environment Ability to accurately manage cash Strong sense to make smart decisions routinely Work hours as scheduled
