Responsible for the operation and coordination of ware washing, glassware, utensils, storage areas, garbage areas in the main kitchen. Responsible for supplying the food and beverage services department with clean and sanitary equipment with which to service the guest. Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and maintain a safe work environment. Be productive and keep busy during the shift.
- Emptying of the garbage and recycling.
- Provide assistance to the chefs and cooks as needed Qualifications: Must be punctual, reliable, attention to detail abd be a team player. Reports to General Manager Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour Benefits:
