Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety, and assisting with food preparation to deliver a seamless dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, prep areas, and dining spaces in accordance with health regulations. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of supplies and cleaning products.

Skills

Experience or familiarity with food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail in sanitation practices. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude. Prior experience with bussing, food handling, or culinary work is a plus. Hospitality background or restaurant experience is desirable but not required.
