Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary items are available for food service Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored properly Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous Experience with food preparation, cooking, or serving roles can be beneficial for understanding kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
