Duties

Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Assist in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to maintain a hygienic work environment.
Skills
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
