Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cookware are properly sanitized and ready for use. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality settings is a plus but not required. Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary items are available for food service Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Manage waste disposal efficiently and keep work areas tidy at all times Adhere to sanitation policies and procedures to uphold cleanliness standards

Skills

Experience in cleaning and sanitation practices within a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Knowledge of food handling safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food service procedures Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively Prior experience with food preparation or cooking is a plus but not required
