Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary items are available for food service Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or dishwashing roles preferred Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations is a plus Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and effectively Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation standards Good organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Prior experience in food service, cooking, or hotel environments is advantageous
