Job Overview

The Stock Market, located in the Granville Island Public Market, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. We make fresh soups, stocks, gourmet dressings, butters, and more -- and you'll play an important role in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils Keep dish area and kitchen surfaces clean and organized Assist with basic food prep if needed Provide clean dishes and tools quickly to support kitchen staff Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Report maintenance or equipment issues to the manager Work as part of a team during busy service times

Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience Knowledge of food safety and sanitation Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to stay positive and efficient in a fast-paced environment Team player with a good attitude

Pay: $17.85 per hour
