We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced production kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food service standards is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
