Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our kitchen operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing dish flow efficiently Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling Ensure all cleaning supplies are used responsibly and stored properly Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food service procedures is advantageous
