We are looking for a server assistant to work alongside with our servers under the supervision of the restaurant manager.

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Tapagria. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional Spanish cuisine.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas to meet health and safety standards. Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely. Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen sanitation. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes. Support kitchen staff with necessary cleaning tasks. Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are properly sanitized. Follow health regulations and safety procedures at all times. Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining a professional attitude.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or dishwashing roles within restaurants or hospitality settings. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation. Prior kitchen or food handling experience is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods. Attention to detail and reliability.
