We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.
Duties
Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained in good working order.
Support the kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly during service hours.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential skills for success in this role.
Kitchen tips are paid out on a monthly basis.
