The Opportunity

Howe Sound Brewpub

serves award-winning ales and lagers fresh from the brewery. Our menu is full of house-made favourites & our chefs focus on freshness & unique flavours cooking with our beer, seasonal produce & local seafood.

We are looking for a

Dishwasher

to round out the BOH team. Experience is not necessary - we are just looking for someone with the same passion for food and the hospitality industry as we have! The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance into other positions at Ancora or one of Viaggio's other award-winning restaurants.

What You'll Do

Govern safety and sanitization practices in the kitchen.

Ensure clean kitchen and work area.

Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses.

Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use.

Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use.

Prepare takeout packages.

Clean kitchen floors and storage areas, and take out the trash.

Keep cupboards and storage areas clean and organized.
