We focus on fresh Island raised products, using one hundred percent Island beef, along with fresh locally sourced produce.

As a Dishwasher, You Will

Cleaning dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans and utensils Restocking cleaned dishes and utensils Ensure dishes are cleaned and stored in a timely fashion Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dish area Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards Follow all operations policies and procedures Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
