Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including sinks, dishwashing stations, and storage spaces Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, following safety and hygiene standards Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and company policies at all times Manage waste disposal and recycling processes appropriately

Qualifications

Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
