The Opportunity





APC is seeking seasonal dishwashers who will work with Banquets & Catering. Dishwashers maintain a clean kitchen and food preparation environment ensuring safety, hygiene and cleanliness that meets or exceed hospitality best practices. This includes ensuring supplies, inventory, equipment and facilities are maintained in good order according to quality standards of cleanliness, food preparation, and food hygiene. Dishwashers will adhere to all health and safety legislation, regulations, and policies. This is a seasonal part-time position (up to 40 hours/week) that requires a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Qualifications:




Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment preferred. An understanding of restaurant operations, food handling, and sanitation standards and procedures would be an asset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position which includes standing for long periods and heavy lifting.
