The Club is looking for a seasonal Dishwasher to join our Food and Beverage department in the summer. This position will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Job Responsibilities

Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to the highest sanitation standards and store items in proper areas Clean dish machine and dish area after each meal period Polish all platters, chafing dishes, stainless steel kitchen equipment Collect trash from kitchen areas, break down boxes, crates and remove debris Sweep and mop kitchen floors Store food after delivery, transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work area Clean coolers, freezers and storerooms, assist in post-buffet clean-up Assist in food preparation where required Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef

Qualifications

High levels of initiative, enthusiasm, and dedication to providing exceptional service Experience in an industrial kitchen setting required Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs and of being on your feet for extended periods of time Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations High school or equivalent education preferred Ability to work flexible hours & shifts, including morning, late night, weekends, and statutory holidays
