Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for food preparation and service. The Dishwasher will work closely with kitchen staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards is advantageous Experience with basic kitchen operations such as food preparation or cooking is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
