Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. This role is essential to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Duties

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas Ensure all dishware and kitchen tools are properly stored after cleaning Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout the shift Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure sanitation standards are met Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and hospitality duties when required Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to operational procedures

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous Experience with kitchen or food preparation tasks is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
