We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash regularly. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Skills

Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills are a plus. Familiarity with food service operations and food handling regulations. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be beneficial for understanding customer service expectations. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.
