Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential to the overall success of our food service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment after use. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are organized and stored properly. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy service times. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.

Experience

Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
