We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and readily available for food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting a smooth-running hospitality operation.
Duties
Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning procedures
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and basic food handling
Support the kitchen team by ensuring all necessary items are available for cooking and serving
Dispose of waste properly and ensure the kitchen remains tidy throughout shifts
Follow all sanitation guidelines and safety protocols to prevent contamination or accidents
Skills
Experience in cleaning and dishwashing in a restaurant preferred.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff
Prior experience in food service or hotel environments is a plus
A positive attitude towards hospitality service and supporting team members
