Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for food preparation and service. Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including handling ingredients and supporting kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors , Garbages, Cardboard. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Adhere to all safety protocols related to food service and sanitation

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
