Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash. Organize and restock supplies to ensure efficient workflow during service hours. Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
