driven, detail-oriented, and reliable Dishwasher

to join our fast-growing kitchen brigade! We would love someone who can work on Fridays and Saturdays. as a part-time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate is focused, fast, and thrives behind the scenes. You'll be essential to the flow of service -- working shoulder-to-shoulder with our chefs to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the kitchen.

We're currently in urgent need for a dishwasher for Fridays and Saturdays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools with speed and care Ensure the dish area and equipment are kept impeccably clean and operational Support kitchen staff with cleaning tasks and equipment prep as needed Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Step into additional kitchen support tasks as directed by our Sous Chefs and Executive Chef

WHAT YOU BRING:

Laser-sharp focus and strong time management in a fast-paced kitchen The ability to take direction and work collaboratively under pressure A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a bonus -- but not required
